The speaker will be David Williams, naturalist and author, who tells the stories of human and natural history in, on and around Puget Sound. He weaves together a mix of science and history that describes how our waters and geography shaped Puget Sound’s development. He makes clear the complexity of the Sound and the humans that speaks to the relationship between the waters and the people, pointing to a way forward. Mr. Williams will have books for sale.
Luncheon Menu: Asian Chicken Salad, Fruit, Siu Bao (steamed buns) and Tiramisu
The fee is $20 per ticket. Carpools will be arranged. Dress is luncheon attire; slacks or dresses are welcome.
