PYC is hosting a Grand 14 Junior Officer Ball, January 11, 2025.  This year's costume ball theme is a Pirates Ball, celebrating all pirating behavior and attire.  This is a weekend long Grand 14 event with the Saturday Night Ball being the main event.  Details forthcoming

PYC hosted breakfast for visiting Grand 14 yacht club officers.

Painting the Member Lounge, Bar and Ship's Store.

Lounge, bar and gift shop closed.  South end of main room is closed/restricted.

Professional steam cleaner will steam clean the tile floors, this is concurrent with the painting in the members lounge and will not conflict. This will include the kitchen, bar, restrooms, recept restrooms, laundry, hall.

8 AM – Pajamas Encouraged Breakfast– Cereal bar, Scrambled Eggs & Sausage
9 AM – 5 PM On own – Hang out in Downtown Poulsbo or come to Clubhouse and watch 80’s movies (Pretty in Pink & Terminator)

Dress up in your favorite 80's outfit and dance to the Sounds of the 80's as our favorite DJ lays down the beats!
5 PM – Happy Hour with 80’s Trivia
6 - 7:30 PM – 80’s Inspired Appetizers, Pizza & Salad
7:30 PM – Time to Rock the Casbah! (Most Genres Represented)

Bremerton Yacht Club is hosting the annual Heavy Weather Race celebration at the BYC yacht club.  PYC members are welcome.  Registration and detals will be published when available.

Unfortunately the February 19^th boat program on USCG inner workings and interface with recreational boaters has been cancelled.  We will reschedule as soon as USCG communicatiouns restrictions are lifted.

Social Hour at 11, Luncheon at noon

Meet Captain Sandy Bendixen, the youngest and first female Captain to command a ship going so far North and South. She also became the first female Puget Sound Second Pilot in the history of Washington State.

Cancellation Reimbursement Policy: All cruise budgets are set depending on registration. Please let the cruise lead *and* the Fleet Captain know of your cancellation at least 7 days prior to the cruise start date. Reimbursement decisions for cancellations made within 7 days of the cruise will be reviewed by the Fleet Captain on a case by case basis.

Also, it's a busy day at the club with the Commodore Ball occuring later in the evening.

Seattle boating Opening Day weekend is filled with dock parties, PYC boat parties, and a huge parade kicking off the summer boating season.  Please join in with all the fun.  PYC boats will raft together at Queen City Yacht Club and we'll dingy over to Seattle Yacht Club for the festvities!   Come join in!!

It's Steak Fry season 2025!!  This terrific PYC tradition runs May through October.  Please come join the fun.   The Bar will be OPEN!  Bring your protein and we will take care of the rest!!!

Summer is almost here! We hope you're beginning to make your summer cruising plans. The incoming Fleet Captain Nominee, David Whiteley, and his wife Kat, recently met with the current Fleet Captain, Bryan Haelsig, and his wife Patty, to discuss how to help connect club boaters with other members this summer and to share knowledge regarding best boating practices, places to cruise, ways to get there, anchoring and more. We decided that a clubhouse meeting was the way to go.
